It’s taught me the importance of knowing what foods to eat, what type of exercise are effective. Jermaine offered constant support and encouragement. The programme catered to all my needs, from having constant couching, to my adjusting the type of exercise I wish to have, to the type of foods I enjoyed. Having completed the online 8-week body transformation with @maine_gainz. I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased with my transformation so far. I would highly recommend online coaching with Jermaine as he genuinely cares about your goals, is truly knowledgeable in this field and has the expertise in developing a suitable training program/nutrition plan to cater to your individual needs/goals. The program has had a great impact on my outlook on food; I eat better, consume healthier nutritious meals, and enjoy the odd treat. The workouts have been effective, challenging and I have enjoyed them both at home and the gym (when not in lockdown). Having completed the programme I am much more knowledgeable about what works best for my body and I am enjoying the process. If you are serious about improving on your fitness goals.
